They Fit my 17.5 inch calves and they are comfortable and easy to put on. I ordered the L / XL : Large / X-Large. I was reluctant after getting a different brand that said they fit 17+ inch calves and didn't but after reading the reviews on this and others saying they were 5'8 tall and 17+ inch calves I figured I'd try and I am so glad I did. I am almost 5'9 tall and they fit. I like the style and the basic black. They are ribbed compression sleeves. They may look small when you pull them out of the package and you may be thinking "There is no way they are going to fit my calves" ... I know I was thinking the exact same thing but I tried them on and bang ... they fit. So don't trash talk them until you try them on. I've noticed while wearing them they seem to keep my calves warm yet cool and they feel light weight but have a bit of a sweater feel. They fit perfectly from my ankle to knee even though they seem deceivingly small when you pull them out of the package. Overall extremely comfortable. It seems to have a perfect amount of compression - I think any tighter would be too tight. Also, it fits perfect around my ankles and just below my knee. They are not too tight in those areas which my previous pair from a different maker was way too tight around the ankle ... these are perfect. I also injured my knee (ACL, LCL, Meniscus and got a dvt/blood clot) and had surgery last year ever since the accident & surgery my knee keeps swelling up but I've noticed since I've worn these leg sleeves my knee is not swelling as badly - very minimal if any. Awesome! I am using these to replace an old pair for a previous blood clot / DVT and to help with circulation from other illnesses. Highly Recommended especially if you have large calves which make it extremely hard to find a good pair that actually fits. Just do it ... buy it. Also currently these are the cheapest price on Amazon for a pair of Zensah sleeves. I paid $25.86 which is $15 off currently. Read more

Surprised me. I had been suffering from calf pressure and discomfort so got these. At first I wanted them to be tighter. But as I wore them the level of compression provided was spot on. You know a product like this is working when you forget to put it back on or you put it asside because the pain is gone. That's how it's been for me. After a day of wear I ended up not wearing them the next day due to no pain felt. Now I'm consciously and habitually wearing them to continue the therapeutic effects. Great piece of gear. Read more

These have been really helpful for my shin splints. I've worn them twice now and can definitely tell the difference from my runs without them. Good investment. Very comfortable. Just slip them on with the chevrons over your shin. Read more

I've been using these sleeves for 5 months now. I have them in a size small/medium for my 14" calves and they fit well. I have one other pair of compression sleeves, by Thirty48, to compare them to. I like those a bit more than these from Zensah because they offer a bit more compression than this pair. If your calves are a bit larger than mine, you'll probably like the compression these sleeves provide. The length is good - I'm 5'5" and they rise to right below my knee and I can pull them down to the ankle bone. After a couple hours of wear, I can feel the bottom seams digging in a bit, but by then it's time to take them off anyway. I've found that they help provide support and prevent shin splints during my high-impact workouts, and I think I have fewer calf cramps when I wear them for a while after I'm done exercising. I use these leg compression sleeves when I am mtn biking and have for a long time. They keep me warmer when it is cold without restricting knee movement and they provide compression for circulation and they offer protection from the cuts and abrasions that come with mountain biking in technical singletrack. Tried endless compression socks etc for venous reflux and ankle ligament injury. Every single set caused the “tourniquet” effect above and below. Got a pair of zensah sleeves and they were perfect!!! Ordered two more sets! Read more
