This was the first time that I bought a pair of sunglasses before trying them on - but since it seems impossible these days to find metal sunglasses that AREN’T aviator style, I gave them a try. I was worried that there would be something about their look that I didn’t like once I got them, but their pics are true-to-life. Not only do they feel good quality, but they also come with a soft-but-sturdy case with a D-ring for traveling, two lens cleaners and an extra set of nose pads. I am very impressed by these. I don't like the massive, take-up-half-your-face sunglasses retailers are convinced all women want, and while I like the LOOK of aviators, the few I've ever worn did not make it easier for me to see the road during a bright and sunny Texas summer day. Honestly, the first time wearing them during the day sold me on them. Everything was clear and more VISIBLE, colors were more vivid and distinct, and I realized how much the old sunglasses I had been using were just for show and still causing my eyes to strain. I like the look, I like the shape and size of the lens. They're comfortable, and I was very pleased at everything that was in the box. I simply wanted sunglasses and some kind of case and these exceeded. I have the hard case for the car with the cleaning cloth, the soft case for during the day if I'm constantly going in and out. So, I bought these glasses for a few reasons: 1. It is hard for me to find amber colored sunglasses that are polarized. 2. Finding a style that doesn't look like a surfer dude, a biker, or a pilot. 3. I don't want to break the bank. These sunglasses fit the bill. I was not expecting all the bonus stuff that came with it. Besides the excellent glasses that I actually wanted, the package came quickly and with the following extras: - A hard zipper case - A carabiner clip on for the case (nice!) - A soft bag case - A large 6x6" microfiber cloth - Extra nose pieces - A card to test the polarization (worked!) Plus when I bought this, there was a 10% off coupon. The deal overall was unbelievable. The glasses were a little bit darker than my super old amber polarized sunglasses, but the polarization was excellent and the vision quality was amazing. I suspect the earpiece ends will eventually scratch the glass like my old pair, but really, that's just typical glasses design it seems. They're alright. They fit as usual, a bit on the small side but not tiny. I'm 6'6" and I don't look weird with them. I would prefer the glasses to be a tad higher, but not much. I like dark so this is good for me. Comes with many accessories and even more pieces of plastic packaging! Guys! Think of the ocean! But! They do what so many do these days. You fold them in and the legs scratch the lenses! See photo #2. I selected these because the legs (plastic, BTW) have a curve so I hoped they would end up against the bottom rim. They don't. Sorry, won't buy these again since this is the reason so many get defects. And it would be so easy. if they angled the hinge a tad the leg would fold a bit more downwards and it wouldn't scratch the lens. Read more

So these are comfortable. The case is convenient. The design is just different. I have always gotten the plastic like material that's usually 1 piece and cover's the whole eye but wanted to try a different style. So the uncertainty of these is totally just me. I am happy with the price and these seem to be atleast a couple quality levels above what I paid. It's just I really haven't put them through an every day just toss on the dash or counter test yet. But been using them when needed for a few days now no loose arms or scratches yet. The nose pads/piece's aren't even threatening to fall off yet and I am hard on shoes and glasses. Came with a cleaning rag, a bag to help prevent scratches, a case that's capable to be some protection against drops or the lightly sitting on them and an extra set of nose pads. I have bought about 10 different pairs of inexpensive sun glasses in the past year and didn't find a single pair I liked until I bought these and here's why. 1. They are metal frames which can be bent slightly to the perfect shape without breaking. I bent mine at the nose for more wrap around my rather narrow face. 2. Nose piece is rubber and very comfortable and don't leave red marks. 3. The ear pieces have springs in the hinges so they are never overly tight or loose. No more headaches from tight glasses. 4.
