Couldnt sleep well with the soft pillow I have. This set gives my neck and head a great support, firm but not hard. You can use one pillow alone or use 2 together. I use the flat pillow often, very comfy. The dog bone pillow is a bit high for me. Both come with zippers. You can add or remove the fillings. The size is about 1/4 or 1/3 of regular pillow. This ranks as the top cervical pillow I own. I don't have the sleight curve in the back of the neck that you're supposed to have and I've been going to a chiropractor for years for that and some other ailments. I was told many years ago that a cervical pillow would help with easing tension in my neck and shoulders as well as help my neck maintain it's natural curve that I'm missing. I've tried many different pillows and this one is perfect for me. I love that it's filled with a natural material that you can empty or add to for whatever comfort level you need. I bought some Hinoki shavings and added them to the buckwheat filling for the subtle, calming scent. I sometimes unzip and separate the two pillows and only use the bone shaped one. The ability to remove the covers and wash them was the key selling point for me. I would 100% recommend this pillow to anyone looking to ease tension in the neck and shoulders. Read more
