Excellent economy ceramic knives. would recommended and buy again. arrive intact in a protective simple cardboard box wrapped in bubble wrap. Pros Sharp, but not as sharp as my other budget ceramic knife it does cut cleaning thru veggies with a smidgen more effort but not enough to deform the veggies and no sawing motion needed low cost easy to clean blade guard a must safety tang on handle prevents cuts from blade looks decent high value for money 3 knives, use smaller knives for working on small food items Cons the light colored handle can be off putting, since most 'expensive' knives come with dark colored handles or wood look not as sharp as other brands of ceramic that cost far more Read more

Ceramic knives hold their edge better than do steel ones when cutting cardboard boxes (from my many Amazon Purchases) — so I looked for a set of two — one for the kitchen, and one for the garage. This set added a third - at the price for sets of two - so I gave the big one to a friend and have been using them as intended. By the way - I just pulled down may yards of carpet from the attic of my garage - and used the middle sized knife to cut the carpet(s) into many small pieces to add into the dumpster — and after all that, the knife feels quite sharp. These knives have very sharp edges and they're very hard with virtually no flexing in the blade. I can see these being brittle as many experts would point out, but I haven't had a problem (though I'm very delicate with my knives). The only drawback is that I guess they opted for more durability and gave these knives a blunted tip. So if you're looking for something on the stabbier side, these won't be so good. Read more
