Felt a cold coming on. My sister had recommended Zinc to knock the cold out. Took it with Vitamin C and the cold never fully formed! Read more
I’ve been using this zinc immune support supplement for a while, and overall, it does what it’s supposed to do. The tablets are easy enough to take, and I like that one bottle lasts for about four months, which is convenient. The chelated formula seems to absorb well, and I haven’t had any major issues with stomach upset like I’ve experienced with some other zinc products. It’s straightforward and provides a solid daily dose of zinc for immune support. That being said, the dosage is on the higher side at 40mg, which may be more than some people actually need on a daily basis. I haven’t noticed dramatic changes in things like skin or nail health, but it does feel like a good supplement for overall wellness and immune resilience. If you’re looking for a long-lasting, no-frills zinc option, this is a decent choice, though results may vary from person to person. Read more
The tablets are small enough that they go down without any fuss and I didn’t notice any odd taste afterward. I like that it’s a chelated form, since that usually means it’s a bit easier on the stomach. The bottle has 120 tablets, so it’ll last a full four months, which feels like really good value. Packaging is simple but sturdy and the label is clear about what you’re getting, nothing extra or confusing. Too soon to say much else, but so far it’s been an easy supplement to add into my daily routine. Read more
This is a decent zinc supplement. It’s good to have on hand for when a cold or illness is coming on. Zinc is great for helping the immune system. I love that these are non-GMO, vegan, made in the USA, GMP certified, and lab tested. These are things I look for in a quality supplement. The ad also specifies that this supplement is free from artificial dyes, is preservative free and is ethically sourced. It’s great that this zinc supplement is chelated (helps with better absorption). There isn’t really a flavor or aftertaste with these pills, which is nice. They are easy to swallow. I started taking them right at the beginning of a cold (right when I started feeling a tickle in my throat), and my cold never got severe and cleared up within a week. (How much is due to taking the zinc? I have no way of knowing. But I’m sure it helped some). I also take this supplement before, during and after traveling to help buffer my immune system. This is a 120 day supply. I feel the list price of $11.72 is fair. Read more

These zinc supplement pills are a solid option if you're looking for something vegan friendly, non-GMO, and (allegedly) lab tested. The bottle includes 120 chewable tablets, which equals 120 servings. The pills themselves are small, about 3/8 of an inch wide, and easy to take. They have a mild taste and chew easily, which makes them a bit more convenient than swallowing larger capsules. Effectiveness seems to be on par with other zinc supplements I’ve tried as best as I can tell. When I ordered this, it was priced just over 12 dollars, which is a fair and competitive price for a 120-count bottle. Overall, I’m happy with it and would recommend it to anyone needing a straightforward zinc supplement. Read more

I take zinc regularly as part of my immunity protocol. I like this brand. The pills are smaller than usual and easy to swallow. The bottle contains 120 tablets--a full three month's worth for under $10. There's no excuse to skip this supplement in your health protocol. Read more
I’ve been taking Zinc Gluconate Gummies for several years to help my immune system protect me from cold viruses, but I don’t need the extra 50 calories per day from the glucose syrup and sugar in the gummies. I also thought swallowing tablets would be better for my teeth and my general health. The tablets contain a little dietary fiber but no sugar or artificial sweeteners. You need only one aspirin-sized tablet a day to get 364% Daily Value of Zinc. The bottle has 120 capsules (a four-month supply) at a current cost of about 11 cents a day. My old brand required me to chew three gummies a day, at a cost of about 43 cents per day. Three gummies provided a total of 25 grams of Zinc Gluconate, but just one Nature’s Peak Zinc tablet has 40 mg of Zinc Gluconate. They take up less cupboard space, too. Read more
Th20250626 @Amazon #Natures Peak #ZincSupplement40mg So far so good;) it feels good and no side effects. These tablets are chelated for better absorption and the bottle comes with 120 Tablets for 120 days. They're coated with Polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) which is considered generally recognized as safe (GRAS) by the FDA in small quantities in food & pharmaceutical use. However, while generally safe, very high doses of PVA might cause mild gastrointestinal distress. PVA is mostly eliminated from the body without being absorbed into the bloodstream, which is good. BUT while PVA is biodegradable most wastewater treatment plants don't completely break it down, so it can end up in the environment. So i ask this: Can we as a society find a better tablet coating alternative? Thank you! Gracias mil! Mahalo🙏! -MarianaFV☯️ Read more
