I love the design of this. I wish I had a contact for the artist. The lighter works as intended, and with a little bit of KPL on the joint, it's very fun to do tricks with. Smooth siding and perfect weighting when filled w/fluid. Read more

Great upgrade from Bics!
If you're looking to get this as a gift for someone that isn't really big into lighters but could recognize a good one, then this is a great gift. I got the Dragonfly design and it's lovely. Not too "in your face" but definitely sticks out. Great upgrade for the type of person that uses those cheap Bics! BUT! If you're getting this for someone that collects lighters, knows all the brands, have several different fancy ones already, ect. Then, this isn't such a great gift. It is a Zippo. But, it's a very-clearly mass produced Zippo. It was quickly made without much thought or care put into it. You're probably paying at least and extra $15 for the word "Zippo" on it. Which is worth something! Zippo is a name most people that have ever used a lighter will know. The shell is crooked and doesn't line up with the bottom, making it cover up a bit of the cheap metal plating at the bottom. The flint is a little questionable. Great lighter for someone who isn't super big into lighters but uses them. They'll love this over any Bic they got at the checkout line gas station. Not so great for people that genuinely collect and love lighters. This also isn't the sellers fault. But, during this frantic Christmas season when I ordered mine, my lighter was already out of the box when it arrived from being tossed around. No damage on the lighter. Read more
