Zippo Love Pocket Lighters

The media could not be loaded. This is a tride-and-true lighter, the general form Zippo has been making for years. It is sturdy and holds up well. Everything fits compactly with no cheap-feeling, loose parts. Does not come with lighter fluid in it for (hopefully) obvious safety reasons. I picked some Zippo lighter fluid up for a few bucks at a random smoke shop on my way home from work. To (re)fill (see video) just open, then slide the lighter portion out, lift up the semi-hard cotton (I think?) block and add the Zippo lighter fluid (sold separately). Put a few seconds worth of pouring in but do not overfill. It'll take a bit of time for it to filter up to the wick on first fill so set it upside down for up to a minute then light it. If you keep a lit flame for more than a few seconds it'll get hot so don't burn yourself. The longer it stays lit the further through the metal the heat will spread. Read more

Zippo has been making great lighters since 1933. This lighter stays true to Zippo standards. The construction is solid and the the mechanical operation is flawless. The simple design on the lighter gives it a great look. The linen weave also makes any small scratches less obvious. This is a perfect for a pet lover. A good quality lighter that is a bit narrower from traditional zippos. The only downside is that it runs out of lighter fluid faster but still works just like the traditional zippo lighters. The etching is a good feature as it won't wear off as the painted ones do. I would recommend this lighter for those looking to use a Zippo without having to carry around a bulky one. Read more

I love my new lighter! It is very cute and feminine! The design is etched on 1 side just enough to catch your eye which I think makes it beautiful, I plan to have something engraved on it... I spoke with the place who does engraving for about $6 just to make sure that I can, and yes, it can be engraved!! I wanted a girly lighter in attempts to having my husband stop stealing all of my Bic lighters...success! ;). And he has also gotten his own now! I love that it is the slim size so that I can still fit it in my pocket comfortably and I also do not lose this one since there are no longer many disposables lying around everywhere. The slim lighter does require fluid more often than the regular size Zippo, but that is to be expected We are big Zippo fans now that my husband and I both have the lighters and I also have 2 zippo hand Warmers that are amazing for my Raynauds! This is a pretty lighter! I really like it! As expected and stated in other reviews, you must refill often. I bought this for Harley weekends and it didn't make it through 2 days of use (Good thing I brought a back up Zippo!) Also, this lighter took a few fill ups to work solid. This lighter was a Valentines Day gift for my lovely wife. No, she doesn’t smoke. But some of her crafts require fire from time to time so I decided to give the good woman the best tool for the job. I knew I was taking a chance, I mean it was Valentines after all and Zippos aren’t jewelry and candy. She loved it. And to my credit, it does have flowers on it and it does say Love. This is a slim zippo which makes it easier for some to carry I reckon. Slim makes it smaller, but it works exactly like the standard size and takes the same wicks and flints. Read more
