Insert is present, the orange sticker was still on the back of the lighter, it’s brand new. I love this cover, and seeing it when I smoke will put some pep in my step. High quality, super clean, image high quality, 100% authentic zippo lighter, top cap not loose when it closed. you do have to reroute the wick as shown in instruction or look up a YouTube video how to do it also you need lighter fuel because it doesn't come with fuel so if you try to light it all you get are sparks. overall happy customer Read more

Decent standard Zippo quality at your typical price point. Mine doesn’t get stuck when you’re sliding out the chamber to refill it, like some faulty Zippos do. Right away, the lid could be a little smoother to flip open- but I left that part as is and haven’t tried to adjust it. It could probably be fixed if it bothered me too much- but I’m kinda lazy and don’t know any tricks with it, so I’m good. Came new and intact with all the pieces pre-installed packed inside a nice box. The flame was very large at first, but after the usual initial setup adjustments, I am very happy with it. I love the design/graphics and how it matches my new piece. Overall I would recommend it if you see one you like! Read more
