My grandson asked for a Zip String for Christmas. I found this and snuck it into his Gammy Stocking as a surprise. He was so excited. Seems like such a silly concept but my goodness it was so much fun. Three string sizes let you play with this small, medium or go big or go home! The largest string was a hit as family members walked through the string as it whipped around. Cool toy! The string did get tangled and stuck a few times but we were able to get it loose and untangled without too much of an issue. Was not the product's fault--more a little sister issue! Read more

I got a ZipString original for my 8 year old grandson and gave it to him today as an early Christmas present. He loved it! The string tangled in the devise as he was learning how to use it. When he tried to pull the string out of the devise to untangle it a thin red “thread” also came out, as seen in the attached photo. At 3:46 pm I sent a message and a picture of the devise to customer support asking if that issue was fixable. I got an immediate response via email and within 35 minutes or so I was informed that another ZipString original was being sent to us. Later that evening I already received the tracking info. THAT’S GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! This toy is so fun! I got it for 3 more of my grandkids too and honestly wish I’d ordered one for myself! 🙂 After watching some of the videos on the ZipString website with my grands so they could see different ways to play with it they are all in agreement they wish I had purchased the Luma model cause it has a black light and includes strings that glow in the dark. You may want to consider that when purchasing. My grands range in age from 3 to 13 and they all love this toy! Read more
