These ratchet belts are a fantastic choice! The quality is exceptional, featuring smooth buckles, sturdy stitching, and rich leather that looks great with both jeans and dress pants. The micro-adjustable ratchet system is very easy to use and is much more comfortable than traditional belt holes, making it perfect for when your waist size fluctuates. I appreciate that it comes in both black and brown, adding versatility to any outfit. For the price, you get stylish, durable, and comfortable belts that feel like they should cost twice as much. I am happy with these two ratchet, or “click,” belts. I’ve had a ratchet belt before, but it wore out. I like these ratchet belts because they are far more adjustable than belts with traditional holes. If your weight goes up and down a lot, you may find yourself “between the holes” of a traditional belt. Ratchet belts like these let you fine tune your belt to your weight. The title of the listing says the belts are leather, although under “fabric type” it says they are made of “carbon leather.” I don’t know what “carbon leather” is. They smell kind of like leather to me. The two belts come in a nice box with instructions that, like all things made in China, have terrible English on them (see photos). The belts, though, are easy enough to figure out. There is a clamp on the buckle that you have to release. This lets the belt out of the buckle. Each belt is then marked with a wait measurement (i.e. 36). You can use a scissors to then cut the belt to your waist size. I would point out, however, that you should cut the belt about ½ inch longer than the waist size you choose. That’s because when you put the belt back into the buckle the belt goes about a ½ into the buckle. When the cut belt is back in the buckle you close the clamp on the buckle. The clamp has teeth on it that bite into the belt and hold it in place. I’ve found that this setup works well and lasts a long time. I like the pattern on the buckle of the black belt. The brown belt is just the right color of brown to go with a wide range of clothes. I’ve had ratchet belts for a long time now, and I like them. They are much more adjustable than traditional belts with holes in them. This set of two ratchet belts will do well for you. Read more

Got this two pack, one for my super-skinny eighteen year-old son and one for myself. My son has been using a raggety old belt for years that he has had to poke extra holes in to make fit his very narrow waist. I got these two belts in and mine fit perfectly with only a small trim to fit along the convenient sizing notches indicated on the belt. The material is very quality and feels great, and I love how easy it is to adjust the fit. My son's belt required a good deal of cutting to almost the smallest size available, but once that was done, he had his new favorite and he looks a lot better when going to work at his Taco Bell Manager's job.
