NO! it is super cute, but it will only light up if you have it plugged up to a USB. I thought if you charged it, you could take it off it off the charger and it would light up without having to be plugged in, but no, it doesn’t. The sound quality sucks. Very cute and functional for a $26 headset! Keeping in mind this isn’t a name brand high quality headset it’s pretty good. Has decent enough bass for my gf just getting into Fortnite. That in mind only drawbacks are that it’s one of those split cable headsets and I purchased thinking it was going to be entirely a USB headset, however, the USB is only to light up the headset and the rest of the headset functions through a 3.5 mm jack that goes into a controller. If you have an external usb sound card. It might work the way you wanted to, but at that point after spending $8 on an adapter you may as well purchase a different higher quality headset because it veers away from the whole “ooh $25 and cute!” Factor that sre you in. These are super cute, and I love that they light up on the sides. However, less than 6 months of owning these, the left ear went out, and you could no longer hear sound from that ear. The microphone also went out shortly after that, which was the whole reason I bought them to game online. They're adorable, but they are short lived. Read more
