Packaged very nicely and had that new shoe feel that we all like when we get new shoes, (can be lost when buying online). Very comfortable as I put them on. Immediately my feet felt warmer. Comfortable to walk in. It has a little hard to put on, I am hoping this is just because they have been cramped in a box and that it will change. I did read the reviews and found they can be a little small so I got 12s instead of the normal 10.5 I wear. Glad I listened to others. Slippers should fit loosely to be comfortable. (Almost) nothing bad to say about this product. (see update) They are super comfortable to wear, and the fuzzy lining keeps my feet comfortably warm without getting sweaty. They are a little tight at first, but I am confident they will be fine once broken in. Same as any other slipper. I hope they hold up. I usually get at most 2 yrs out of a pair of slippers before they start falling apart. Update: I bought another pair and the little cloth loop on the back broke on the 2nd wearing. (see photo) My advice is to not try to pull them on using the loop - just stick your finger inside and pull them on that way. The thread used for the loop is extremely weak. Read more

I only just got these, but feel like I can give my initial observations to help shoppers. They seem well made, out of good materials, ESPECIALLY for the ridiculously low price. The biggest factor for people buying shoes online is, how do they fit? It seems like with these, and a lot of others I was considering, the general feeling is they fit pretty small so order up a size. That is not my finding though. I'd say they are true to size, if not possibly bigger. In street shoes I am a 10, sometimes 10½. So I ordered an 11, hoping I'd be ok. Well, it seems like they fit like an 11 would. I have at least a thumbs width in front of my toes. Now I like house slippers to fit loose - I don't want any clothing or slippers to be tight or constricting while I'm lounging/chilling. So I'm good with how they fit and will keep them. I'm just hoping they don't break in and loosen up to the point that they are too huge, but if that happens I'll find someone to give these to and order a 10, because they are just such a great deal for the quality (again, I've only had them less than a day so that is not speaking to any durability issues). One other thing is that for now I can't just step into them which is another important thing I look for in a slipper...the heel kind of collapsed under my for and I have to teach down to pull them on, but I'm thinking that is a result of them being smushed in a box for however long, and hopefully will resolve in time as they take to the shape of a foot. I had to return the size 11 i bought for my size 11 and a half feet. But the size 12s are perfect! Thwy are very comfortable, easy to slip in and iff, and they look very nice. The black pair i bought could even pass for regular shoes if i zipped to the corner market. Read more
