Whew, these are some boots now. My daughter was going as one of the KPop demon hunters and these looked like they could work. They did indeed. Just don’t plan on doing much running in them. That heel height is up there. At least it’s not a stiletto. The toes are pointy so comfort may have to give way to style but she said it was worth it. They felt like they were of decent quality but at that price point, we weren’t expecting calfskin leather. Zippers worked great and they really were a hit with her costume style. Even in their own, they’re pretty stylish. All around win in my opinion because it didn’t break the bank, she was happy. True to size in regards to feet but if you have a 13" or larger calf size (despite title description), they're not zipping up! Sadly I had to return them, never got to wear them so I can't speak on how comfortable they are or such. Though, Pleather seemed to be good quality, smooth glossy finish. However, I did notice a bit of "glue" on the outer heel sole (wish I would've taken a picture as proof), not a good sign when it comes to craftsmanship so durability is questionable as well. Nonetheless, they looked cute and would make great fall booties if they fit you. I spent all last winter looking for a pair of tall black boots and didn't have any luck. I found this pair on Amazon and, while I normally wouldn't have gone for the pointy toe, I decided to go for it. I'm still shocked I did it, because I'm also pretty picky about the shaft of the boot and how it fits in relation to my calves. This was ALMOST a perfect fit, shaft-wise and the pointy toe isn't horrible. They're a nice looking and fitting pair of boots. Thanks to the zipper, I can wear them all day at work but can take them off easily at the end of the day ... or even in my car at lunch if I need a break. Really good looking for an inexpensive pair of boots. Soft foot bed that was comfortable for a day of work. Size was spot on and not too skinny through my foot even with the pointy toe. Calves are definitely wide for me. Didn’t look as obvious with black tights. In the end I gifted them to my best friend during our work trip! She liked them a lot but said they were a little rough on her feet because she religiously wears platforms! She looked great in them! From two flight attendants we say yes!! I ordered a half size larger because of the toe shape and wanted to have plenty of room. The fit on my foot is perfect and comfortable. The heel is big and clunky, but stylish. My calves are not skinny but not fat either. Had difficulty zipping them up over my calf muscle area. Am hoping they will give over time. Read more

I've worn these boots with skirts and dresses, but also with jeans and leggings. The calves are not generous, but I was able to wear jeans tucked in pretty comfortably. The design is pretty sleek and makes my leg look longer. I'm 5'4" and they hit just below my knee. I've worn these boots for at least 4 hours at a time, and they were comfortable.
