Not able to use the product....
Bought this January 2025 so at this point I'm well past the return window. Finally got around to using the product only to find that once you peel off the backing on the flex-crystal replacement pads there is NO adhesive of any kind that keeps it fastened to the Large/Small backing pads rendering is utterly useless. Will have to search more to find something that actually works like the one I bought years agon called Smooth Away. Read more

DO NOT BUY!!! Once you open the package the smell of the chemicals is horrific. My air purifier turned red. I immediately took the package and its contents and threw away in a dumpster. Read more
