It’s a beautiful microwave, and if you want a “drawer style microwave” it is one of few choices. However, it arrived damaged, the box was slightly damaged on the outside, but noticeably damaged on the inside, and the microwave had dents and dings on multiple corners, and the main handle had a very noticeable bend. I would still do this again, but make sure you inspect the product the minute it arrives to check for damage. Read more
The media could not be loaded. First one received had a dent in the top of it. After some back and forth, was able to get it exchanged. Second one came and has a defect in the face of it (permanent "waterline"). After some further back and forth it is being refused for a return or replacement even though it is defective. Read more
