Looks vintage 70s, the shading of the faux leather is nice, and it looks like real leather. Magnetic closure doesn't mess around - it's strong. Strap a nice option but I prefer it as a handled clutch Great price, design and size - can hold a large Pro Max cell phone, small wallet, keys, lipstick, etc. Only negative is it had a strong odor out of the box, but it dissipated within a day or two. This bag is a cute and affordable way to look stylish without breaking the bank. I sat on purchasing this bag for several months and then finally pulled the trigger and am not disappointed in the least! You can carry it as a clutch or it comes with a chain to use as a shoulder bag! The versatility of the bag is great. It is not large in size at all so definitely not a bag you would want to carry when you have a lot to take with you.
