Amazing! This is my first bidet. I had to go fancy or not at all. I still scream when it turns on. I'm still not comfortable with what is going on down there but love the end result. I usually like to get in and get out but now I have to sit here and let my toilet clean & dry me. The heated seat is phenomenal. I wish there was a back & foot massager. The remote just makes everything easier. This was my 2nd purchase. My first one was used! Missing parts. I was pretty upset but I waited for the exchange, which was easy. Set up was easy. Then Boom water temp light was blinking. Didn't work. I tried what the toilet lid said to do but still didn't work. I gave it a day until I tried it again. I went back to reviews so see what people said and their amazing helpful review gave me confidence to try again. Followed lid directions again and boom again, it worked. It would be excellent - if it actually worked. I chose this bidet seat to replace an existing one that didn’t heat the water. The installation went very smoothly. The instructions were a little dodgy but the process was easy enough that it didn’t matter. I LOVED the heated water part - and the addition of the drying feature was great, too. The heated water works by creating a small reservoir of heated water in the seat itself that makes the seat nice and warm mid-winter. A clever solution! However, all of this is moot since I can’t get it to work anymore. It worked perfectly for about a day. Then the heating of the water stopped working. Then the spraying of the water stopped working and was replaced by an insistent beep that seemed to warn of something. This is where things started getting really annoying. I started with the trouble shooting part of the guide - it was silent on the issue. I read all of the documentation and there was no mention of the beeping at all. I tried to reach out to the seller through Amazon. It led to a dead link. I tried Amazon and they forced me into a phone tree that forced me to either accept it or return the thing. The rearwash/spray mode doesn't start from rear but from the front. Since its nozzle is positioned more like a bidet mode i have to push it to far behind everytime i want to use the rearwash mode. The manual isn't detailed enough to explain all about the machine. Other than that the installation manual was easy to follow and it has been working great. Read more

Item is as described. Made in China product sold at a discount price, so you get what you pay for. The unit works as advertised. Please be sure to use a properly wired and grounded receptacle with GFCI protection. I had a few issues with mine until I ran a properly grounded power source. When that was fixed, everything worked properly. Be aware that instruction are poor, troubleshooting issues of why some functions worked and others did not took skill to overcome. Customer support from Amazon tried to help troubleshoot but they ran out of ideas. Msgd the seller and have to wait more than a day to get a response. Their advice also did not resolve the issue. When I msgd that to them I never got a response, So I figured it out on my own and it works as advertised. I now need to find better instructions for proper use of the remote. Read more

Update: After 75 days, this becomes the second of this specific bidet that has failed. First time it flat stopped working. This time the heated water spray no longer functions...cold only. Brrrr. Not recommended. Bought this at the request of my wife. She loves this thing. Heated seat, lights up the bowl and a retractable nozzle that extends when washing. Quality unit. Highly recommend. Downside is that the instructions are poorly written and difficult to understand. Read more
