What is there to say about shorts? Not a whole lot. But there are two things I look for in a pair of shorts like this, and those are the size of the leg openings and the depth of the pockets. Some men’s shorts have really WIDE leg openings and they look like you’re wearing women’s culottes, which is never the look I’m trying to achieve. So there’s that. The other is that sometimes men’s shorts of this style have almost comically long pockets inside, so deep that you have to bend over to get your hand to the bottom! I don’t know about you, but hunched over, digging around with my hand DEEP in my pants is another look I don’t want to cultivate. I’m happy to say that these shorts passed both tests and do not look like culottes or like you’re playing pocket pool when you’re just trying to find some coins. Personally, it would be nice if they had a back pocket for carrying a phone, but this style of shorts often doesn’t have one. Read more

These are good lightweight shorts for the summer and appear to be well made, however, I believe they are of Chinese origin and therefore they are a bit tight for my bulging waistline, even though I ordered size xxl. So, what I can say about this is that they apparently run a bit small due to the aforementioned Chinese design but nonetheless are quite comfortable and easy to take care of. I just throw them in the washer with other garments of similar color and they come out clean with no wrinkles. Probably would buy again. Read more
