Loud enough for me
The media could not be loaded. I'll admit, I assumed the packaging would look more like the post photo. I'd have appreciated something with a label for storage and actual instructuons. Instructions like to what temperature it can handle before it breaks down or how many layers to sew per the toy, if it's washing machine safe etc. I went ahead and layered two pieces of the fabric directly behind the butterfly printed muslin, followed by a layer of batting and then the backer quilting cotton. It seems to be sufficiently loud immediately after sewing. Assuming I'd ruin the piece, I went ahead and ironed it on a low setting with no steam. It appeared to handle the iron decent, so I upped the temperature closer to the silk setting on my iron. Feeling through the muslin, the plastic has started to warp, but it also seems to still wrinkle nicely. I imagine since I did two layers of plastic next to each other, this will have a hard time drying after going through the washing machine and will likely put my batting layer between them on future projects. Overall, pretty pleased thus far. I just wish I had some kind of indicator of what kind of plastic this is, especially regarding safety of crinkle toys. Read more
