Poor Customer Service, No Full Refund, Sizing Wrong (Small)
The size didn't fit as normal so I put in for a refund and ordered a larger size as I needed it for an xmas present. The company wrote to me telling me they were only refunding me $10 not the $27 I spent on the pants and to keep them. I wrote back saying I didn't want to keep the pants, and ordered another pair, so I wanted my full refund back from the first pair. I would never have ordered the second pair if I knew they weren't going to refund me the total amount of the first pair that was not regular size....they ran small. POOR customer service taking my money. Do not order from this company. Read more
So much more convenient with the fly
Got these for my brother who has difficulty getting up out of bed or chair and wears sweatpants a good deal of the time for comfort. They make it so much easier to use the bathroom or commode. I ordered another pair. He is 6' 4" and about 170 lbs so a large worked out well for him. Read more
