I love these! They are nice and loose, but not so loose that they fall down. They are very cozy and soft. They’re not too too thick, but keep the calves and ankles warm which is what I was looking for. They can go up pretty high if you want that, but they also look cute when scrunched down. Heyyy leg warmers are back! These were purchased for a cosplay event my granddaughter attended. She went as Rock Lee from the anime series Naruto. The leg warmers fit as expected and were a cute addition to her outfit. I think leg warmers are just a fashion statement and not really meant to warm your legs lol.
