True to size and does have some stretch. Needed these because of having shoulder surgery and its not easy to find a casual mens shirt that buttons all the way down. This shirt is perfect, kind of like a polo shirt only more buttons. Plus when the shoulder heals he can use them for golf. Bought 3 colors and all are as shown in picture. Would recommend. Read more
