Let me start off by saying that this is my 3rd E-scooter and I guess 3rd time really is a charm. This thing rocks. Tops out at 35mph while floating like a cloud and it stops on a dime if needed. Haven't gotten to ride out that battery yet, but thats only because its hard to put a dent in it. Im certain it goes the distance advertised, if not further. I got this scooter with the seat. Personally I love this scooter, this is my first e scooter, but I owned 2 e bikes before this. It's very powerful I'm 300+ lbs and it goes 32mph. I took a trip out of town kept it under 20mph and I got 9 miles from a single bar from a 5 bar battery. If you get this scooter and you're big like me get a big comfy big seat and go to the hardware store get a bolt and nut that fits the seat bracket mine kept falling off.
