I was using my frother practically every single day. It's great for making cold foam, or blending flavored powders into coffee. The product looks great, is powerful, and reliable. Now let me touch on reliability a bit. Mine stopped working after over a year of use. I switched the batteries, followed the troubleshooting process, and finally decided to contact Zulay kitchen customer service. I provided my order number after explaining what the issue was and submitted a video. They sent me a brand new milk frother in just a few days. Same model as what I purchased. They sent me an extra one as well. So now I have two. I highly recommend this product just for the customer service alone, but this bad boy froths very well. I felt lost without it for the few days I had to wait for shipping. When you get used to a routine you lose sight of how useful some products are until you don't have them. This is one of those products that fits the saying "if you do things right, people won't be sure you're doing anything at all." I was lost without the frother. Read more

I don't normally write reviews, however I can't not mention the ABSOLUTELY AMAZING Customer Care experience I had with these folks. But first, In review of the product itself, which is the 'Executive Series Black Milk Frother with Black Holster Stand'. This is my first 'frother' purchase, and I must say I was skeptical at best to try it, but I opted to purchase it anyway because of all the great things the company stands for. I figured, how good could it really work?! Well, as a matter of fact, it worked quite wonderfully! Within just a few seconds / pulses of the frother, you have beautifully frothed contents. It is simple to operate, with one hand, and just the simple push of a button. (I imagine I could even make whipped cream without dragging out a stand mixer.) The batteries, (2 AA - not included), were simple to load. And, there is a battery pull ribbon so you can also remove them easier, if you utilize the pull ribbon and thread it between the batteries. This device quickly became part of my weekend coffee routine, and I also purchased a lesser model to bring to work. (This 'Executive' one, has a holster stand, which looks nicer, and seemed to cradle the frother, instead of hooking it into the holder.) I was so happy with the frother, I was sad that one day it seemed to not be working quite as well. I thought .. hmm, maybe the batteries need to be changed? I changed the batteries, and was still experiencing it not really working. (I would press the button, but it didn't start frothing right away, and then seemed less powerful in a way when it did start. But, it did still froth.) After a second day of experiencing the same thing, I reached out to Zulay. They are gracious enough to have ALL of their contact information printed directly on their box, underneath all of the beautiful information about the company, and where / how it began. It was on a weekend, so I chose to send an email describing what I was experiencing, and asking their advice. Based off most recent attempts at Customer 'Service' with other companies, I didn't really expect to hear back. Not only DID I hear back, but I received an email from a human, not just a system-generated response with canned information. They expressed their concern for my item not working, and assured me they would make it right if given the opportunity. They wanted to confirm my order, to make sure they had the same model in stock. Within hours, they sent me a link to replace my item, and would ship it directly to me, no questions asked. No need to return the inoperable item, no need to do anything but literally click the button and wait for it to arrive. My replacement arrived, and it was the exact model I purchased. It was brand new, wrapped in package .. not some refurbished item. And, much to my shock and appreciation that almost NO ONE does this anymore, there was a hand written card included in the package thanking me for giving their family run business a shot. Well, I thank YOU for sharing YOUR family with us, and for making me feel a little like a piece of yours! I would highly recommend this product, and would certainly purchase it, or others, in the future. I would certainly also be comfortable gifting this item. Enjoy! Read more

I'm disabled. (Only have one good hand.) So I got this because I figured it could be beneficial, and help me mix drinks. It works awesome! Exactly what I expected. I also use it to make my coffee nice and frothy when I want it like that. It does it in no time! Within 30 seconds to a minute. I really like this mixer, and it's cheap! Edit: ok I've had to come back. I got this on November 11th It's now December 21 and for the last week or 2 the button is giving me problems. (I've put new batteries in so I know it's not that, I've also switched them about three times just to be sure.) But when I push the button it doesn't always come on at full speed. Even when the button is all the way pushed down. I have to press and release a few times before it finally gets up to high rpm. It still works but I think the button could be better. (It's not always making a good connection to allow full current I guess...) Just thought I'd add for anyone looking at this one. It's cheap, so I guess you get what you pay for. Read more

Worked great for just shy of two years. And then it just stopped working, it didn't slow down like it did when the batteries were dying it just completely quit on me yesterday. I double checked that the batteries were still good and they are fully charged, I still change them just in case that was the problem but nope completely died on me. Womp womp Read more
