Great, perfect weight balance and grip
I have been using these for years in my Zumba classes. I bought them to use at home for all my exercise classes because they’re a perfect grip, balance and weight for my arthritic hands so I can use them for all my exercises at home. High quality and worth the cost. Read more
Slightly damaged but will still use the sticks
The sticks are lightweight and I like them, but are a little defective. No fault of the vendor. I opened the box, took the sticks out of the plastic and found one of the sticks has two bolts sticking out and I can't push them in. Rubber under instead of over the bolts but at least the second bolt is partially covered. I don't want to tear the rubber to try to cover them. I took a photo of one of the bolts. I have arthritis in my thumbs and wrists, tried to use a screwdriver but bolts too tight to move. I can still use the sticks to exercise so I won't return them. Wonder if they were returned by someone else because of the bolts, since the plastic they were in was not sealed. Read more

Well Made and a Zumba Must
These one pound weights used for Zumba toning classes are very good quality. I almost bought cheaper one pound weights for my Zumba class and I am really glad I didn't. Our teacher does not allow other weights - either no weights or the Zumba weights. She said these weights are ergonomically designed not to harm your wrists, whereas traditional weights can be harmful to your wrists while dancing with them. The Zumba weights have a little shaker material inside, adding to the dancing fun. Read more
