The flushmount LED lights installed in my home 8 years ago are starting to burn out, and while these aren't a direct replacement, they're definitely an improvement. Very simple installation, and each lamp has ample light. However, the best feature, to me, is the flicker-free nature of the light, which is noticeable when recording slow motion video. I thought that went away with incandescent lights, but I was pleasantly surprised to find that these lights do not strobe. This eliminates weird banding in my casual photography around the house, and in the aforementioned slow motion shots I otherwise would have to do in natural light. Read more

I was doubtful this light was actually a motion sensing light since I got it and it didn't have one of those typical grayish bubbles that hides the sensor. It was just a clean flat white light with a motion sensing logo on it. Well, after wiring it up in the mobile home closet (that had a silly pull chain light) it worked great! If the doors open and I walk by it lights up and stays lit for a minute (not sure how long since I typically don't stay in their for much time). I'm glad it is what it claims to be and lights up our 8'x7' closet just fine. It activates on movement or when I open the door and that's all I wanted. Read more

I want to love these so bad! The concept is great, the brightness is just right, but it just doesn’t detect motion like I would hope. I have these in my master closet and laundry room—two places that we always forget to turn off the light. They turn on fabulously as you walk into the room, but they never detect once you’re in the room. They always turn off while moving laundry over or searching for clothes—times when there is clearly movement happening. Even if I start throwing my hands around purposefully, the light turns off as if no one is in the room. Read more
