I have three back massagers for chairs, and this is the best one I’ve ever encountered. The fact that the neck massager can move up and down, even to the point where it massages the top of my collar and back bone as well as my neck. It gives me a complete massage from the top of my neck to nearly my tailbone. Other massagers stop at the top of my spine, but do not get to the collarbone area, which is often an achy part for me. Seat vibration - I could take it or leave it. I usually turn it off because I just don't really get the point of it. My daughter enjoys it (12 yrs old) and giggles about "tingly bum" every time. So mildly amusing if nothing else. Back Massage- literally cannot say enough good things about it. Features are A+. Kneading motion. Smooth movement up and down. Reached entire spine from tailbone to base of the neck. Subtle heating. Absolutely perfect. I have severe and persistent back pain (caused by mild scoliosis and complications from an epidural) that can take me out of action for days at a time and this greatly shortens that time frame. I absolutely love it. If I use it too much it does get a bit uncomfortable at the point where my spine curves from scoliosis, but I am able to set the position to avoid that specific area when it occurs and is no fault of the device, just my ridiculously problematic body. The neck just.... isn't it. I don't care for the feel of it at all, so i turn that part off. Nothing specific, just generally uncomfortable to use. Not a big deal as I got this for recurrent back pain and don't typically have neck issues. But the problem is it's almost impossible to get it off with the rotating pieces in a position that isn't deeply uncomfortable. When you start it, everything automatically starts all at once. So then you have to turn the neck massage on and off repeatedly until you're able to stop it in just the right spot. Not a deal breaker, but a consistent annoyance. Read more

I have tried a few similar products and this is the best one. It basically works as advertised. However there are a few dissatisfactory points: 1. I expect the back massage can travel some longer upwards to reach the top shoulder; 2. The seat vibration is literally vibrating the a_s and it is of no use. I wish I could permanently disable it; 3. There is a little pocket on the right side of the seat. I assume it is used for holding the controller. However, the open of the pocket is toward the wrong direction and the controller often drops off to floor. I am afraid that the controller will be smashed soon after repeatedly dropped to the hardwood floor. Read more

I can't believe it actually works for different height people! I have several slipped & bulging discs in my neck & back. If I don't get regular massaging, they get super tight and/or lock up. I have tried 2 other back massagers like this one (similar pricing) that said they adjust to taller individuals but they didn't. This one truly does! Not only does it adjust for the correct neck height but it's the deep tissue massage that I've been needing! There are so many options too... all of the back, just upper back, just lower back with or without heat, just the seat with 3 different levels of seat vibration, deep neck massage that can not only be adjusted by height but also can be reversed for best use on different muscle groups. The attached remote is easy to work. Oh, and it can also spot massage anywhere on your back that you choose. I truly love this!! This is an excellent back and neck chair massager. I originally bought a pillow-shaped Zyllion Shiatsu massager and use it a lot. I did not realize how much pain I had in my upper middle back and shoulders until I started using it. While I kept it and still use it a lot, I wanted to try a neck and back chair massager so I would not have to move the pillow up and down behind me as much to massage specific spots. This chair massager was reviewed well on YouTube and on the web, so I ordered it. It seems to be made well and does a great job. For example, it more easily massages further down the back and up the neck than the pillow Shiatsu massager. One of its best features is that you can stop the back and/or neck massager heads in specific spots where you want a focused massage. You can also change how the massage heads move. While its heat function is not meant to get really hot, it provides a decent amount of soothing heat when it warms up. The vibrating seat does what its supposed to do well. You surely would not want to have shiatsu heads on the seat! The chair massager also has a very long cord which is handy when you are sitting far away from an outlet. Read more
