Back when those first name-brand nasal strips came out I gave them a try, and on and off I've used them over the years until I finally gave up because they just never stayed stuck to my nose. Recently though my wife has complained enough about my snoring that I decided to give these a try, and was amazed when she told me they actually made a difference (i.e. she can tell whether I'm wearing one or not by the way I sound all night). To be fair, while I think these have a better adhesive than those other nasal strips, I also use a facial toner on my nose before applying these strips to ensure the area is clean and free from oil. I also hold the strip on my nose tightly for the recommended 30 seconds, pushing with two fingers on each side to ensure the ends make full contact with my skin. I've also found that putting these up higher (although not so high that they hit my lower eyelids...did that once, do not recommend) helps both with the adhesion and the breathing relief. I'm now a converted daily (well, nightly) wearer of these nasal strips, and am already on my second set of them. At this point I have little doubt that I'll keep buying them as long as possible, as they truly make a difference in how well I breath at night (and how much less my wife pokes me when I snore). I had a great experience with ZZSleep's pink colored versions of this product. The couple of nights I tested it, the strips held well throughout the night, and did a great job of keeping my nostrils open. My wife giggled at seeing her hubbie with a bright pink strip across his nose, so I went and bought some of the black ones, and assumed they would be just as good, next time I needed them. And then Vine offered me the black strips to try, so I grabbed them. And thus I actually had to open the package and try them out! They're comfortable to wear, and while they remain in place, they do a great job of helping me breathe. Unfortunately, they didn't last throughout the night. Three nights in a row, one side or the other peeled off my nose around halfway through my sleep time. I went back and tried the pink ones again, and had the same experience (spontaneously peeling off). UPDATE: I've used these strips some more, this time paying more attention to the usage directions. I found that if, when I apply it, I FIRMLY hold the ends of the strip in place for a full 30 seconds, it remained attached and effective throughout the night. I found this to be the case for a solid week. Oh, and as someone else noted in their review, while ZZSleep used to package the strips inside a clear plastic packet within the sealed outer (reclosable) pouch, they seem to have eliminated that plastic packet. These extra-strength nasal strips have been a solid option for improving sleep and helping with snoring. They stick well and stay in place, even with slightly oily skin, which is something I’ve had issues with when using other brands. The strips are very comfortable to wear. The exterior has a soft, felt-like texture, and you can’t feel the plastic pieces that help open your nose once they’re on. Another plus is that they don’t have a bad smell, which makes wearing them overnight much more pleasant. For the price, they’re a decent value and perform as expected. They may not be the absolute cheapest option available, but the comfort, lack of odor, and reliable adhesion make them worth it. These nasal strips are great for improving my husband's breathing while he sleeps. The strips are well made, and are comfortable to wear. The size is just right, and they fit my smaller nose, and his larger nose. They adhere well, and have stayed in place all night most nights without causing any skin irritation. The only times they have peeled up during the night is when he was too tired to wash his face before applying. He says these strips definitely improve his air flow at night, and I have noticed that they reduce his snoring slightly, too. Read more

These nose strips are great for those who snore, definitely helps my partner and I. They stay on all night and are comfortable and don’t irritate the skin when removing them. I have even started wearing them too, as it feels nice to breathe better especially with allergies. Read more

I have tried a variety of nose strips, and pretty much without fail they end up popping at least partway off in the middle of the night. Sometimes they do not even make it until I fall asleep. Other times I wake up with them stuck to my pillow leaving goopy adhesive behind that is hard to get off. These actually stuck it through the whole night! The adhesive is super strong, and it was actually a bit rough taking them off in the morning. A little bit of water can help with that greatly. It was so strong that it left a bit of a red mark on my nose, so heads up if you have somewhere important to be first thing shorty upon awakening. These did also leave adhesive behind, but I have yet to find ones that don't. These were easy to pop on,and did a good job overall of opening up the passageways. I seemed to breathe better through the night and did not wake myself up snoring, so these got some points for that. I am not big on the solid black color as they really stand out even more so than the nose strips already do, but it could be worse. Would be great if they were just plain old flesh colored though. For the current price of just under $10 for 30 strips, I feel like these are pretty comparative in value to similar products. Read more
