Sturdy, durable, good quality, withstands the elements

I've now had this table set up for about 5 months and it still looks brand new and the metal legs have no rust on them. We have a sub tropical climate so our high humidity are ideal conditions for rust. We also have very mild winters so we have dinner outside almost nightly, year-round. I only had one issue and it's not the products fault but rough handling caused the box to be ripped and only 4 screws were rattling around in the box. I needed the extra table right away so I only had the one screw in each leg and it's held up fine. I'm an average sized lady and I was able to bring the box to my patio area & easily assemble the table by myself. It's plenty heavy enough that it doesn't move or flip over during high winds. We did have hurricane force winds and it was still standing. I have a lot of patio furniture made from this same material and even the south Texas sun hasn't faded any of it. Beautiful and well-made with one caveat

It finally warmed up enough lately with signs of Spring approaching so I was able to setup and enjoy this outdoor dining table. The large table comes securely packaged with soft foam wrapped over the tabletop surface and protective wrap over the powder-coated legs. All installation hardware needed was neatly packed in a little baggie. It took about 5 minutes to setup. It's not impossible for one person to lift and move the table but it is much easier with another pair of hands. The table surface itself is a very durable solid plastic with a realistic wood texture. The tabletop is made of High-Impact Polystyrene which explains the rubber-like feel to it. It's said to be quite weather-resistant, but I noticed one immediate drawback to this table: the color. The black surface seems to do a really good job at absorbing sunlight and getting quite hot to the touch. I highly recommend you use it under some form of shade: a pergola, umbrella, covered patio, etc. I can't help but feel like this problem could've been avoided by simply using a different color for the table, but given the right conditions it's a sturdy beautiful table that will last.
