This was my first time to use a Derma Roller and I was a little cautious. But it's working out great! I use this maybe once every 7-10 days, a couple of hours before bed. I think it's making a difference to my skin already. Just be careful not to go out in the sun the next day... people warn about getting sun damage. I just avoid the sun for the next day or two and I find that easy enough to do. Read more
I love this. Very affordable, very easy to use (comes with instructions), and very sterile. In the beginning I was totally thinking this would not work- but let me tell you it really works. I had scars on my chest that were really bothering me, I went to see a plastic surgeon and they told me to try this out first before we did any surgery. I ordered this which is the exact one he recommended and Within 2 weeks there was a noticeable difference in my skin. The scars were going away and becoming smaller and lighter. Today, they are almost completely gone. I would like to advise this item seems to be made for month to month use, what I mean is that personally I believe it’s not made to last for a lifetime. I think this is for you to use and dispose of and reorder when needed. Which is fine for me I would want to replace with a new sterilized product regularly. Product was clean and packaged well, I wish it came with care instructions and usage info, I had to go online and search for help. The product is ok, the needles are uneven and not very sharp so it’s hard to get an even pass without damaging the skin. Won’t be buying again, save up your money and don’t skip on value of needles that pierce your skin. Read more

Packaging came vacuum sealed. Detailed instructions. This is the first time purchasing a product like this, I wasn't sure what to expect. I work in a hospital, so cleanliness is paramount. The directions were very clear on how to prep your skin and the roller for sanitation. My first use was very gentle, I could feel some initial irritation, to be expected since the process is small punctures in the skin. I did not have redness, no outward signs of irritation. After 2 uses about 7 days apart (and always before bed and staying indoors the next day) my skin appears a bit more firm and some small lines on my brow have faded. Pleased w/ results. Read more
Works as advertised. I am planning on using it at least 5-6 times. It seems tough enough to withstand that many use. It does draw more blood to your face after use, so your face gets more nutrients. Your skin may look red for one night and then it goes away the next morning, so not as bad as some people say. I have sensetive skin type and works just fine. Read more
I was super skeptical and scared about the pain for trying at home micro needling and on top of that my skin is extremely sensitive that’s also acne prone… BUT I have to say ordering this derma roller has already made a dramatic difference for my skin. I’ve only used it a few times now before going to bed and in the morning my skin has been glowing and is clearing up! This roller has been helping all the acne medications and serums I apply at night absorb way better and in turn its helping it work better for me! Also I forgot to mention it’s painless! First off, the product itself works great. I haven't used it long enough to notice any changes but so far, it's been easy and enjoyable to use. My only issue is that the roller wasn't sterile when I opened it. The case containing the roller was wrapped in sterile packaging but the roller itself had a tiny piece of orange something (I honestly don't know what it was, it was like a squishy cloth or maybe a piece of food?) embedded in the needles. I wish I'd taken a picture of it but my immediate reaction was to remove it with tweezers and rinse in alcohol. CHECK YOUR ROLLER BEFORE YOU CLEAN/USE IT. It wasn't a huge deal for me - it's a $12 product with a limited number of uses - but still, I expected better hygiene for something meant to needle the skin. As the directions recommend, definitely clean the roller before and after each use. Read more
