I won't speak to the claims of regrowing your hair, but this tool does its job and it does it well You have plenty of settings to choose from, The needles are sharp and puncture the skin well. This tool is best for flat areas. For example, I find it works well for my stamping my face but, for my scalp, it's a bit more awkward due to the roundness of my head. Before and after using, be sure to spray with rubbing alcohol. The manufacturer says it's good for about 20 uses, but I think you can get more out of it if you're careful with the needles. The detailed instructions that came with the Derma Stamp were mostly for Derma Roller so I had to search similar products for Instructions. I do at home micro needling and have found this brand to be my personal favorite. The Koi Beauty stamp has a thicker handle that is comfortable in my hands and provides me more pressure control. The titanium needles are fine and sharp and can be reused with proper cleaning. The depth is adjustable from .25 all the way up to 3.0 in .25 increments.
