Does not come with the trim kit. Horrible customer service!!!!

Did not come with the trim kit although it was shown with the items enclosed in the box. Contacted Amazon who in contacted the manufacturer. I received an email telling me that the trim kit did not come with the microwave. They gave me a phone number to call to order the trim. After many calls to the manufacturer I have YET to get a call back. You would think they would have wanted to make another sale. Do not purchase this microwave. Customer service is horrible and just not worth dealing with. There are too many other microwaves available for sale. So now I have a microwave without the trim kit and it looks horrible. Read more
