This is a very fun RC car. It's a rock crawler so it's not the fastest but it can do some decent climbing. The listing states it has a sturdy alloy shell which I assumed ment the entire outer structure, but it is only the flat body panels with the graphics and the springs that are metal. The roll bars and all that is plastic. It is 4 wheel drive with 1 motor driving the front and 1 for the back. The steering seems to be using something other than a typical servo motor. When you turn the wheel and hold it you can hear a motor turning constantly instead of stopping at full lock. The graphics are pretty cool. I wish I would have got the 80s styling one with the teal and pink that's on the box. I think that one looks better. For the price this is a fun car for kids and adults a like. It comes with 2 batteries for longer play time and a tiny screwdriver to open the battery door. Just don't expect it to be the fastest. Read more
