I love my new mp3 player! The size of it is really small, but still is good. I love that it's a Bluetooth and you don't have to have headphones to use it. Plus it's touch screen, and the sound quality is pretty good. This thing is so stinking cute it looks like a tiny phone, with a string necklace to put on it and screen protector and it came with a clear case. It was so easy to use and put music on it, all you have to do is put the memory card in and put the charging cord in and put it on my laptop and it would connect. Then drag your pictures, ebooks, and music on it and it will download it to it. Just that easy. It's so compatible and it's functional. Purchased this for our 6 year old as her first music player, it came in a very cute pink color and the case it comes with is decently durable - it should survive the wear & tear from our daughter for a while. It was very easy to add songs to it from my PC. The interface is simple enough that she had it figured out within a day. It can play through headphones (Bluetooth or wired, we use wired) or externally - while the external sound quality isn't great, it is surprisingly loud! Be sure to keep track of the USB cord it comes with, because I haven't been able to transfer files to it with any other cord. Good little player, full of features for $20. It had all of the capabilities I was hoping for at this price plus more I didn't expect or care about. Sound is good, especially through bluetooth. Two things I must note: 1- Connectivity. I ordered one of these, couldn't get it to stay connected to my Windows machine. As soon as you hit data transfer, it would connect (make good sound), then IMMEDIATELY disconnect, and play the disappointing sound. I sent it back. Got another one. Same thing. But it would connect and stay connected to my Chromebook. User Pulsar77 gave the advice to take the SD card out and put it in separate reader. Boom. We're in business. 2- Navigation. Holy moly. It doesn't read metadata very well, especially if you rip your own stuff from many different sources, like I do. It's organization is crazy stuff. Another reviewer has given hints on how to rename and make things easier to find. It all depends on how much effort you want to put into this. I don't want to spend time dinking around with it, so I just throw everything in and let it play. 3- Speed. If you can connect to a pc or chromebook, the transfer speed is kinda slow. It does not have the power of your phone, so don't rush it. When using the touchscreen, it is not a super quick response. Give it a second and it will do what you ask. I've actually been using this in my car to play music. So tiny and easy to connect to my laptop and load it up with mp3 music. I create a folder and put the album in the folder. Then in my car, I can open the folder and play the whole album. Sounds pretty good. Easy way to play albums since my car doesn't have a cd player any more, and music on my iphone is harder to set up to play and I wanted my old albums available without a hassle. I like it. Read more
It has enough space for the music that I want to add. I just received it today and I was able to set the language and time without looking at the instructions. It reminds me of an old Sansa Clip that I've had for a long, long time. I have looked for something similar to my old trusted clip and now I have an even better upgrade. I've loaded three playlists on it already and used it for almost two hours while using my treadmill. I had to adjust to handling it properly. It's very small (but has a powerful sound output). I don't think it would be durable enough for some people or for kids. It's perfect for me and the price was just as nice as well. Read more
Bluetooth won't connect. The device can't find my phone (Samsung) nor my friends apple. It found laptops when trying to connect via Bluetooth, but when I connected it to my computer it gave me a driver error. Something isn't up to date with the Bluetooth function and I wonder if there is a patch for that, otherwise I will return it and look for something else. Read more
So cute and great quality! I got 2 as presents for kids for christmas. The only thing wrong was that I couldn't set up the radio. So I just downloaded songs on my laptop off youtube, converted them to mp3 and they worked wonderfully! It takes pics, videos, voice recording and music! How fun! Read more
