Great product for my blue collar husband! He says it works great, he plugged it in early thinking it would take forever to heat up and his lunch actually crusted to the bottom a little because it got so warm so fast! So I work in transportation & im always on the road & cant heat food up so I initially bought it because of that reason. Now im also using it to sit on side of my bed because I eat in moderation & cant finish a whole meal @ once anymore. Perfect lunchbox “crockpot” for on the go. If you don’t read the instructions plugging the cord into the lunchbox is confusing, but easy once you figure it out. You can put whatever you want in there and it heats it up hot and fast. It’s also leakproof. Purchase for the long hours of plowing overnight for my boyfriend, he loves being able to have a home cooked meal ready in 10-15 minutes. AND its leak proof! Bought this for my husband so he could stop going to the store for lunch. He loves this product. His cousin saw it and bought one we are on our second one only because the clips to lock the the top down one broke. So that's my only complaint that maybe they come up with a different closing system or include 2 tops, with all the opening and closing they will break but other than that my husband literally plug this up either an outlet or his car and in 15 minutes he has a hot lunch. This would be great for an elderly person or disabled person that maybe has a Helper and they're alone sometimes but want a hot meal they can have their meals stored in these and there's plug them up that way they're not using the stove or anything like that. Very practical, either on the work truck or at the office or work place. I takes planning though, take a few minutes to warm up depending on the food but do worth it.
