This pan seems sturdy, although lightweight. Handle is hallow so also a light feeling in your hand. I was able to cook perfect, almost dry, fluffy scrambled eggs and carry the pan to the table to serve them hot. If I needed to wait before serving, the convenient glass lid would keep them warm. The handle did not get hot while cooking scrambled eggs. I added a slight amount of butter for taste, but not enough to coat the entire pan. The eggs did not stick. I like this pan and would recommend it. The inside of the pan has an interesting splatter or drops design and the bottom of the pan looks nice too, in case you hang your pots for all to see. The media could not be loaded. I ordered the 8-, 10- and 12-inch non-stick frying pans. I generally cook eggs for my family in the morning and they seem to stick worse than anything else I cook on a regular basis. I've provided a video that illustrates the nonstick is exceptional. I used ZERO oil or cooking spray. Yes, one of the egg yolks broke and it didn't slide due to that (I'm not a professional cook, but I do ok) but the egg that remained intact slid around like it was on ice. The weight of these pans is exceptional and feel like great quality. I would definitely recommend these!!!! Read more

Great Pan, Watch for Hole In Handle

This frying pan replaces our conventional non-stick frying pan of approximately the same size that had worn out. This pan arrived in good shape. The coating is different from the typical, conventional style and takes a bit of getting used to. Besides being careful of the non-stick coating as usual, one must be careful not to heat it too high or shock it with cold water immediately after use. One thing that we noticed is the hook hole in the pan handle is rough and actually cut one of our daughter's fingers--so watch out! Other than this we are pleased with this pan. Read more
