I never thought I would have so much to say about nail clippers. I have a million of the rounded clippers but I prefer the straight edge. These are great study, stainless steel clippers. They easily cut through my nails. Since they’re wide they cut the entire nail with one smooth clip. I usually have to file my nails after but these don’t leave jagged edges. I’ve gave some out to my mom who lives with me. I’ve placed them in various places around the home and put 2 pair in my nail kit. These are honestly the most durable clippers I’ve ever had. The handle has some texture for gripping and is longer than your typical handle. For me it not necessary, but for someone like my mom who is older and can’t bend as well or has issues with their grip, these are a great option. In all honesty, because of the affordability of these nail clippers, I didn’t believe they would be as high quality as they are. They have a nice weight to them, are individually wrapped to prevent scratches, and all the things I mentioned above. Completely exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend. The holidays are just around the corner. These would make a great stocking stuffer or put a little nail kit together for a friend or relative. I'm not sure how our clippers keep going missing, but it always seem harder and harder to find them when needed. Having a few to keep in key places and some back ups is convenient. The clippers themselves are decent quality. Thy appear to be stainless steel and the cutting of the clippers are very clean, not producing any jagged edges, which I have expereinced with other name brand clippers. The length is about as long as my pointer finger which is nice to get some leverage on the handle, but not too big to be difficult to use. At the price of $18 at the time of this review, these seem to be a good value if you need a few to sprinkle around the house or have a big family. Read more

10/2025 AVERZELLA 10-Pack Large Stainless Steel Nail Clippers $15.99 I help a family with a man who has a form of palsy. As you can imagine, it's not easy to cut his fingernails with their old, dull, small size nail clippers which typically take me twice to get a not so clean cut...nor am I able to do it quickly which is necessary as this very sweet soul is unable to hold still for very long. I was really pleased to be offered a set of ten at a good price, although I couldn't help but wonder if this unfamiliar brand of clippers could do the job plus remain intact. + These feel durable & the "blades" are sharp. They cut clean, sharply and quickly, especially since the "raised/textured-metal" anti-slip handles help me grip the clippers safely and make a fast fingernail clip. + These have been great also for some tough toenails in our household. :) + These clippers would do well as you carefully, safely & gently cut elderly tough toenails or brittle or hard fingernails. Reminder, these are sharp! - There is one small issue that is not a deterrent for me; There are times these clippers seem to leave a remaining sharp edge to your fingernail. (I don't find that to be the case on a thick nail like a toenail). ~ Personally, since it cuts clean and quick with a good grip from the handles, I don't mind running a quick sanding file over any sharp fingernail edges.
