I'm a crafter and I make my own glimmery sprays with eyeshadows containing mica or pigment powders and add extremely fine glitter. Everything settles to the bottom of the bottles, and if I don't use them for a while it can get pretty tough to mix back into the solution. I bought these to use just like they use them in the nail industry - as mixing balls. I dropped three of the stainless steel balls in each bottle, even some of the commercial products that I have purchased that didn't have them in already, and they make quick work out of shaking up the contents and distributing the glitter throughout. Now if they would just sell the problem of keeping the atomizer from clogging up! the stainless steel balls do a great job and I never have to worry about them rusting and contaminating the solution. The price was right so I'm a happy gal. Read more

It’s likely my fault for incorrectly assuming they were a universal size, instead of measuring for what I needed. The balls only fit in 1/3 of my nail polishes.
