A bit larger than most steel balls already in polishes
I bought these steel balls to put in bottles of polish that had none. I need to reconstitute some older bottles of polish, and found I needed to shake each quite a while to do this. While these balls are a bit larger than standard size ones in polish, they still fit inside my bottles and get the job done. Read more
Good size for nail polish
This size works great to add to nail polishes. Helps when your nail polish starts to separate. I use 1 in smaller bottles-2 in bigger bottles and it helps to keep them mixed. Read more
The nail industry comes to the rescue once again
I'm a crafter and I make my own glimmery sprays with eyeshadows containing mica or pigment powders and add extremely fine glitter. Everything settles to the bottom of the bottles, and if I don't use them for a while it can get pretty tough to mix back into the solution. I bought these to use just like they use them in the nail industry - as mixing balls. I dropped three of the stainless steel balls in each bottle, even some of the commercial products that I have purchased that didn't have them in already, and they make quick work out of shaking up the contents and distributing the glitter throughout. Now if they would just sell the problem of keeping the atomizer from clogging up! the stainless steel balls do a great job and I never have to worry about them rusting and contaminating the solution. The price was right so I'm a happy gal. Read more
NOT a good size for NAIL POLISH
I purchased these because it came up when I searched for “nail polish mixing balls”. They are much, much larger than what I anticipated. It’s likely my fault for incorrectly assuming they were a universal size, instead of measuring for what I needed. The balls only fit in 1/3 of my nail polishes. Otherwise, they are heavy, smooth, & probably a good size if you need help mixing lotions or liquids that are in larger containers Read more
