I bought this as backup power for my Resmed 10 Airsense CPAP. Initial charge-up and first use was fine, but the wall charger would not work after the first time. Other reviews also mentioned this issue, so I contacted the supplier. I received a reply that afternoon and the next day received confirmation that a new charger had been sent. EDITED!!! My original review is below the revised text. I'm revising my review of the product based on the outstanding customer service I received from the seller. I got a message from the seller recommending I try a battery dump (with power on, press and hold the DC button for 10 seconds) and recharge. I did this a couple times and the battery capacity got better. It shut down at 30-35% capacity rather than the original 87%. The seller shipped me a new pack and a prepaid return label to send them the defective pack. I received the new battery with 81% charge, performed the battery dump and charged the battery to 100%. I then, turned on the AC inverter and plugged in a box fan and let it run all day. The new pack worked perfectly and ran itself completely dead before it shut down. This seller understands customer support. Defective products happen and they could have just left me on my own. Instead, we had multiple conversations and they did what was needed to get me a product that meets my expectations. Well Done!!! Original review text below... Excellent as a backup solution, absolutely perfect during and after a hurricane. Charges up quickly using the solar panels or plugged into a wall socket. Its a little heavy but, at 1000w you probably don't need to move it very often. It will provide power for everything stated in the documentation. Ideally sized, fits into a corner of the kitchen.
