If you are using heat with this scraper, make sure you use a hair dryer and Not a heat gun. The blades that come with this scraper aren't very heat tolerant and warp with higher heats. LESSON LEARNED. After switching to the handheld hair dryer, things went well and I'm happy with the scraper and the blades. Would buy them again. Read more

Great tool to remove just about anything from glass and other surfaces, such as, paint from a sloppy painter and scotch-tape. I like the safety retractable feature, too. Plenty of blades to keep you going for a long time, before having to purchase more. Read more

I used these blades with Goof Off to remove old tub stickers. Worked well. And if there are trailings of glue still left after removing the sticker, a stick of pumice makes quick work of removing it. Read more

These blades snap in half too easily, making the double blade useless. I ended up going through a blade every few minutes. It’s still a good value, but I’d prefer a blade I can put some elbow grease into it. It’s why I am using it to begin with. Maybe if the engineers figure out how to put less pressure on the center of the blade, but, it won’t retract to the right, short, length. Read more

This is one of those tools that you don't know you need until you get it. If you've had occasion to need to scrape something where a single-edge razor-blade would (or did) mar the surface, then this is the tool you were looking for. I've used this multiple times for situations where a single-edge razor-blade's ability to scrape a surface was needed but the metallic blade would have likely done damage and this tool worked like a charm. When you need this tool, nothing else will do. The 'blades' are very 'sharp' but cannot 'cut' or scrape most surfaces. It's worth noting that any given application situation may result in a 'dulling' of the blade. This appears to be how the blades are designed. The blade 'dulls' rather than scratching the surface. Since the tool comes with a bunch of blades, this isn't a problem. It's just how the thing has to work to deliver the very focused benefits of the tool. Read more

Blades don’t last very long but you get so many blades it doesn’t matter. Had to clean the part holds a few times or it doesn’t hold tight. But good for price! Used for removing masking tape on a painting job I didn’t do last summer. Glue on tape hardened and was no longer easy peel frog tape…. But goo gone, elbow grease and this scrapper got the job done Read more
