I always get stuffy noses when I catch a cold, and it makes sleeping impossible. I end up breathing through my mouth and waking up with a dry throat. These nasal strips changed that! As soon as I put one on, I feel my nasal passages open up and I can breathe normally again. Last week I had a bad cold and I used one every night—slept better than I have with a cold in years.
