I have not had too much experience with ceramic nonstick pans before but I am trying to switch off of teflon due to health concerns. This appears to be a great alternative! The size is a great all-arounder and very versatile. You can cook one egg in the morning for yourself or use it to cook a full dinner for a family! The lid is also optional if you need it, but most of the time I don’t use it. The pan is a bit light weight, which some people may find cheap feeling. It’s just aluminum and does not have iron or steel bottom for extra heat retention and even heat distribution. For me, it’s fine as it’s simple and light-weight. It’s not a premium pan with all the fancy bells and whistles but it serves its purpose. The nonstick ceramic coating is surprisingly good. It’s not as good as teflon, but it’s better than bare steel. Once it gets heated up, even eggs glide off with some oil. Read more

Wonderful, solid sauté pan and baking pan! I forgot this set came with the round pan until I opened the box. The sauté pan is large enough to make servings for my whole family x 2. So far the coating inside has held up to the heat and utensils. I do use silicone utensils, never metal, which is recommended for this. The lid is different from other pans I’ve had, and while it’s opaque, I quite like it. It keeps a good seal, and I’ve not had anything leak out while simmering inside. I have not used the baking pan yet, but it is from the same material as the other pan, so I have high hopes. I will update this if anything weird happens (breaking, rusting, etc.). Read more

The 11-inch All-in-One Pan with Lid and 9.5-inch Round Cake Pan set is a fantastic addition to any kitchen, and my wife absolutely loves how it cooks. The ceramic nonstick surface on both pans is the real highlight, living up to its promise of making cleanup quick and painless. The larger 11-inch pan is a true workhorse, delivering consistent, even heat for everything from searing chicken to simmering sauces. The nonstick performance is so excellent that food slides right off with minimal oil. This set is a great value, especially for how versatile it is. The pans are sturdy and reliable, perfect for a wide range of tasks, and the nonstick coating not only makes cooking easier but also allows for healthier meals. The 9.5-inch cake pan is a baker's dream, ensuring cakes and baked goods release cleanly every time. For anyone looking to upgrade their cookware with a set that handles both cooking and baking with ease, this is an excellent choice. Read more

I usually have one nonstick pan for eggs, and the rest are stainless and cast iron. My nine year old nonstick omelette pan was just starting to become less nonstick, so I decided to try this ceramic version. I realize it’s really an “all in one” pan, not an omelette pan, but I’ll likely still use it for eggs above all else. I really like that it comes with a lid. It’s very convenient and great for over easy eggs or melting cheese on an omelette. The handle on the lid is big enough to grab with wet or slippery hands, which I like. It heated quickly and evenly on my induction burner, and worked very well at medium low to medium heat, as suggested. Obviously, since it’s still new, the nonstick was slick as spit. The real test comes over time. My current omelette pan is almost ten years old, so I obviously know how to care for nonstick. Be sure to follow the care instructions, especially the hand washing and storing it with a liner. I kept the cardboard insert it came packed with, and store it that way. If it goes sticky more quickly than it should, I’ll update my review. I haven’t used the baking pan yet, so the only issue I have with it so far is the lack of handles. Gotta be really careful taking it out of the oven! I said in the title that it’s a bit pricy, but when you take the lid and baking pan into consideration, it’s probably a reasonable price. I’m looking forward to playing with it a bit more. Read more

I’ve been using this off-white pan every day, and it’s been such a great addition to my kitchen. The nonstick surface really works-food slides right off, and cleanup takes just a minute. I like that even with daily cooking, the outside still looks bright and white, which makes it feel fresh and clean. It’s lightweight enough to handle easily but still feels sturdy, and so far I haven’t seen any damage or wear. Cooking with it has been smooth and stress-free, and I actually enjoy reaching for it every day. Read more
