Zipper is not good
UPDATE. The seller gave a full refund for the defects I experienced this is what truly fantastic customer service is about. Great size bought to carry my dive gear unfortunately after the first use the zipper broke I was able to get one side working again but the other side won’t close so it’s not very useful. Inconveniently broke within an hour.
We got it. Packed it. Put it in the car. Pulled it out of the car by the shoulder strap and the plastic clip instantly broke. Thought for a moment we’d replace with a strong metal carabiner, but for this price point, we felt it should not have broken at all and we didn’t need to spend further money reinforcing its poor design. I believe the bag is a good quality but unfortunately the zipper was faulty. I did not see or notice this until I needed it. Returned the bag. It does fold up very nicely and it has a small bag it all fits in. Read more
Amazing portable luggage
Never seen something so durable, travel all the time on planes with it. You can pack anywhere from 50-75 pounds in it, and it carries your items with care, I even had a small TV in flight and as long as you know how to properly protect around for cushion, it arrived safely on 2 different flights. It is worth every dollar as an investment. THE BEST PART IS when packing it up to store it’s the size of a string bag !! I don’t get how something that can handle so much be so small when storing.
