The size is acceptable to TSA and Airline 2-bag carry-on requirements. The issue is with the zippers and the lack of the bag holding its shape once zipped. A larger zipper would certainly resolve the difficulty when zipping the bag together. The zipper itself spread apart once the bag was zipped up since the bag fails to hold its shape. Inside this bag I had one sport coat, 2 dress shirts and 2 pairs of pants. This will render the bag "full" and no additional hanging items can be used. The shoe bag is oversized which allows additional storage for folded pants, shorts, underwear, etc. The exterior is durable canvas, and stuffing the shoe bag with clothes appears to help it retain its shape so the zippers can work easily. In Short, I am glad I bought the bag as it did work, however, it operates cheaply. I suppose for the price you get what you get. Read more
