This is a perfect stainless steel skillet perfect lid you can finally cook things according to the Box because of the requirements on some lower quality cooking non-stick Etc that's why your food never comes out right by at least stainless steel people it helps and is more healthier more durable a little heavy but it's literally no stick the scratch resistance is great and the size, perfect. I recently got a small 8" Ciwete fry pan. I have been pleased with my cooking results using the pan. I really like how it looks with its interior greyish-blue color. It's also easy to clean since food residue slides right off. I like its weight, size, appearance, utility, and convenience. Since I just got it, I don't know how durable yet it will be. I also haven't used it yet inside my oven. But I hope it will last as long as my All Clad and Sur la Table stainless steel cookware.
