This is a great little pan. I live in a household of two, but we always make enough for leftovers. If I need a non-stick pan for dinner, I'm usually reaching for this one. It has a VERY think and heavy bottom. Pre-heating does take a little while because of that, even on a gas stove, but that's alright. After a few months of use, the non-stick is still working great, and hasn't chipped at all. I do make a point to not use metal on it though, as I would any non-stick. I think I would have preferred to get a size an inch or two bigger, but this still works for most of my needs. The lid from my 4 Qt pot fit this as well, which is handy. The sides are also well shaped. I often don't need a spatula, as the sloped sides allow me to toss the food to stir. They go almost to vertical, so I rarely fling food about (meaning outside the pan) when using this method. Makes me feel like a professional chef! I really like this pan, and if I need a non-stick pan either larger or smaller, I would definitely look to see if they made another like this. I'm thinking I won't need on in this size for quite a while though. It is quite sturdy. Read more

Best skillet I’ve ever owned! We have a hard time finding induction cookware that is truthfully “induction” ready. Most only have a small thin piece of stainless stuck to the bottom and triple the cooking time! But this one has a nice solid stainless steel bottom that distributes the heat perfectly! It also has the best nonstick coating I’ve ever had! Absolutely NOTHING sticks to it! I accidentally left the burner on unattended with fried rice that got totally scorched to black and crispy, but it just slid out of the skillet with a slight tilt. Only had to use a spatula to keep it from sliding out too fast and falling on the floor! I highly recommend this skillet for anyone who has induction stove, and anyone else who wants quality cookware that will last! Read more

Stainless steel 3 ply bottom allows heat to be conducted evenly. The interior has a teflon type coating and my scrambled eggs slide out easily! It can go in the dishwasher but I am just washing by hand because of the frequency of use! Read more
