This is an excellent desktop charger and meets the USB-C Power Delivery Specs! (I have attached an image of my USB tester!) I needed a desktop charger that could charge my laptop and my phone at the same time. If you are looking for one, this is it! This charger has multiple USBC and USBA ports to charge all my devices. I looked at different options to charge multiple devices at the same time with the one available plug on my kitchen desk and this has worked well.
