In our case the fact that the Apple Music app needs to be connected and the account is for my little one a she has a kids account it simply would not work. Also when I tried to connect it to the computer to get music in it never showed up I have an MacBook Pro and it simply would not recognize the devise in any way. I’ll have to send it back. Read more
