I purchased this device to use at the gym to avoid risking loss of my personal phone. The only thing I do with it is listen to music - I have no personal information saved on the device. While it does operate as expected (for music), the WiFi in the gym is public and there are issues with the "Log In" button being non-responsive. There is a work-around for accessing public wifi, but it's a couple more steps and not as direct as using the "Log In" button. Otherwise, the seller and Amazon were both very responsive in helping me identify why it happens and how to connect using the workaround. Read more

bought two and hardly used. now neither will turn on, and I'm not happy about returning an item I can't reformat. it feels like a gross bait and switch. so many people reporting their devices no longer starting up so soon. My kids have logged in with their google accounts and they have videos and photos on there I can't delete before returning because I can't get them to turn on. This feels like fraud.
