I love this little heater so much! I’m always freezing when I watch television in my basement during the winter so I bought this to keep me warm. This heater has far exceeded my expectations and I am super happy with it. I love that I can use my iPhone to turn the heater on before going downstairs so the room is already warm when I get down there. The size is perfect and I like the fact that it turns itself off if it gets knocked over for safety. I love that it heats up so quickly and then you can easily select how warm you want your space to be. It saves energy and maintains a consistent temperature by automatically turning off when your desired temperature is met and then restarting when it starts to lower. Overall, I love how many great features this heater offers. It’s super quiet so you hardly even notice that it’s running. I haven’t used it as a fan yet but I’m sure it will be super handy in the summer when my basement starts getting hot and humid. I'm very happy with this little heater, it works great for me. This is one of the best space heaters I've ever used. It blows out quite a bit of heat. I like the digital thermostat on the front. It has nice big easy to read numbers. It connects to wifi easily with the app. I also like how it moves back and forth covering the whole room with warmth. It is very nicely made. We got this space heater and were surprised by how large it was. It’s actually the perfect size to place under a desk or next to your bed or nightstand. It has a nice design, is very quiet and easy to use. We like that it has a remote control, auto shutoff, and timer feature. It can also be controlled by your smart phones, and Google Assistant, once you download the app from the AppStore. The instructions were easy to read and follow. It has three different modes and can also oscillate. It would be great for a small office or bedroom. We like that it automatically shuts off after 24 hours even if you don’t set a timer, it’s a good safety feature. There is also a child lock function which would come in handy if you have kids or roommates and don’t want them to adjust the settings. The heater also has a nice handle on the back, so it’s easy to move and carry to another room if needed. We have been very happy with this space heater. It may have found a home in my Wife's home office, so I may have to pick up another one for my office! Read more

The heater itself is fine. Everything about it works as expected. The issue is with the app that you need to control the WiFi. The WiFi feature is the ONLY reason I chose it. If I didn’t need that, any heater would do. It’s in a smallish greenhouse and I need to be able to check and control the temperature 24/7. Programming it to run automatically at certain temperatures should be pretty easy (it was on the heaters I had that got recalled) but this app was made by someone who doesn’t know how to make an app, maybe? The website is the same. The features and options you need are listed, but when chosen either do nothing at all, don’t work when programmed, or the options given don’t coincide with what the appliance can do. Lots of dead ends, blank or nonexistent options, and little to no help from the company who sells them. If I ask 3 questions, I get one answer that either doesn’t resolve the problem, or no answer at all. I miss my Govee heaters and their awesome app and customer service. This one seems to be created in someone’s mom’s basement with Wix, the website self creation app. In the photo you can see it’s in military time. But, you can’t program it to run past midnight. I took a chance on this heater since there were no reviews when I purchased it, but I'm glad I did. Its been working great for the last two weeks. I got it to replace my Govee space heater, which had a recall. This heater IS compatible with Alexa! I had to download their app, but then was able to connect via Alexa. It has multiple modes, but I usually keep it on Eco, which uses its own built in ambient thermostat (which is not 100% accurate, but its close by a few degrees). It heats up my bedroom (about 140sq ft) fairly quickly, it can go from 60 degrees F to 68 degrees F (the perfect temp for me) in about an hour or so.
